RAID Master Instructor

I started diving in 2009 where I did my PADI Open Water & Advanced Course at a small dive centre in Scottburgh mall, I then decided to expand and explore the dive world, I traveled to Mozambique in 2010 where I did an internship from Rescue to Divemaster in 4 months. Once I had completed the internship and got my Dive Master, I came back to SA and worked for a dive center in Durban at Ushaka Marine World where I did my PADI Instructors course, EFR instructor, Specialties and Staff instructor course within a year 2010-2011.
I moved down to South Coast of Natal and worked for a dive centre down in Scottburgh for a year 2012-2013. The travel bug bit and the desire to expand my horizons, I went overseas and worked on an island off of Malaysia for almost 2 years (2014-2016) absolutely amazing diving, warm water and great fish life.
I came back to SA and worked for the same dive center in Durban Ushaka Marine world in 2016-2017 where I did my Master Instructors. From 2018 onwards I have been freelancing for other dive centres since then.
I am an SSI, PADI and RAID instructor. I have over +5000 dives under my name I lost count when I couldn’t keep up with the amount of dive computers or log books throughout my career.I am currently diving now it’s been a great 14 years of my life by far.
My passions are scuba diving of course, I love sharing my passion with others, I enjoy teaching people about the underwater world.
My Goal is to achieve a higher rating in diving perhaps an Instructor Trainer and I desperately want to become a free diving instructor

Stuart Skene was so professional and informative while keeping it so much fun and me relaxed. Honestly a life changing and humbling experience and I can’t wait for the adventures ahead! I recommend going through D3 for any diving courses you need.

What an amazing experience!
Recently completed my DECO40 course with D3 in Sodwana.
